I hope you had a great weekend!
I had a fun-filled busy weekend. Here’s pictures of last week and this past weekend.
Started work day ( Monday) with color blocking and a statement necklace.
As most of you know, I enjoy cooking! It’s yet another outlet of creative expression. I made this cabbage, sausage dish for dinner last Wed.
If you want the recipe for anything I have posted that I prepared. Send me an email: Stylishsana12@gmail.com. Please make the subject title recipe.
Cleaned my closet, I ran into this shoes. I haven’t worn it in a while–rocked it on Thursday.
My guy has been car hunting for a while so we did some car shopping. He ended up getting a Toyota like me :-).
His is gray, mine is white. Gosh now I want a new car too!!
Friday night, my guy, my BFF and I went up to LA to celebrate a birthday of a long lost friend. We went to Cayenne Cafe on Beverly Blvd. It serves a fusion of Mediterranean, American, and European dishes.
This is what I ate. It wasn’t as delicious as I anticipated. However the company made up for it 🙂 Had lots of laughs!
With the beautiful birthday girl: Effie!! I dressed in such a hurry, I decided to stay safe with black (initially I had an orange skater skirt in mind but couldn’t find it in such a rush) I wanted some festivity still so I threw this vintage sequence blazer on. It’s a bit over sized. I plan on taking it to my tailor.
…and with a glass of red wine I was so mellow and relaxed by the time we went to the lounge!
I finished my weekend at Lyceum Theater. I went with the organization Community Cousins that I grew up with. We watched an awesome play “The Mountain Top” about Martin Luther King Junior’s final hours before his assassination. I highly recommend it! My former pastor’s daughter is the lead female actress for the San Diego play!!
I had a good seat, so I really enjoyed myself! Photo source:dguides.com
